Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ALERTR platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by ALERTR LLC ("ALERTR," "we," "us," or "our"), a New Jersey limited liability company.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ALERTR LLC. Your use of the Service — including creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or browsing alertr.us — constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
ALERTR is an AI-powered alert and community intelligence platform providing timely notifications related to price changes, local events, breaking news, community signals, and marketplace activity.
Certain features use AI and machine learning technologies. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. ALERTR makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to maintain account confidentiality. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@alertr.us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize ALERTR to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
You may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Founding Member lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase.
We may modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance written notice to active subscribers.

The Service and all content are owned by ALERTR LLC or its licensors. The ALERTR name and logo are trademarks of ALERTR LLC (USPTO Application No. 99811950). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for personal or internal business use only.
The Service integrates with Stripe, Mailchimp, and Anthropic. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. ALERTR is not responsible for third-party practices or content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ALERTR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALERTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY. ALERT INFORMATION SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR ANY FINANCIAL OR OTHER DECISIONS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALERTR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. ALERTR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR $100.00.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALERTR LLC and its members, managers, and employees from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or your User Content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the AAA in Monmouth County, New Jersey. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any breach of these Terms. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ALERTR LLC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
